1. Who we are and what we sell

Dispatcher 101 sells a private, self-paced online training course about truck dispatching. When you buy, you are buying access to course materials and the support described at checkout.

We are not:

• a trucking company, freight broker, or carrier
• an employer or staffing agency
• a government agency
• an FMCSA-authorized or government-accredited school

Buying the course does not create a job, an employment relationship, a carrier contract, or a client relationship with us.

2. Certificate

If you finish the required lessons and pass the required quiz, you may receive a certificate of completion issued by Dispatcher 101.

That certificate:

• is not a government license
• is not an FMCSA credential
• is not an accredited professional certification
• does not authorize you to operate as a freight broker
• does not require any carrier or employer to hire you or to use your services

No federal dispatcher license is required to work as a truck dispatcher in the United States. No government body accredits dispatcher certificates of the kind we issue.

3. No job placement

We do not place students in jobs and we do not guarantee work, interviews, carriers, trucks, or clients.

If we share job listings, introductions, or referrals, those are optional and informational. A listing or introduction is not an offer of employment. Whether you are hired or contracted is decided only by the other party and by your own performance.

Do not rely on marketing language such as job placement, exclusive job boards, or “we help students find work” as a promise that work will be provided.

4. Earnings and results

Any income figures on this site — including weekly pay, monthly pay, dollars per truck, or ranges such as $3,000 to $15,000 per month — are illustrative examples, not averages and not promises.

Independent dispatcher income depends on factors we do not control, including:

• whether you obtain carriers or an employer
• freight rates and market conditions
• the number of trucks you actually dispatch
• your fee percentage
• unpaid time spent finding loads and solving problems
• software, load-board, phone, and other costs
• taxes and business expenses

Employee dispatcher pay also varies by employer, location, and experience.

Typical results are not published on this site. Completing the course does not mean you will earn money. Some students will earn little or nothing.

5. What the course does not include

Unless an item is named on your order receipt and actually delivered, the course price does not include:

• a job or paid assignment
• carriers, owner-operators, or a book of business
• a DAT, Truckstop, 123Loadboard, or other load-board subscription
• dispatch software
• business formation, insurance, or legal services
• a broker authority or surety bond
• unlimited live coaching

If a bonus such as load-board access is offered, the vendor, duration, and who owns the login will be stated at checkout. If we cannot provision a stated bonus, contact [email protected].

6. Mentorship and support

Support is limited to the hours and channels posted on the Contact page. “1-on-1,” “mentorship,” or “coaching” means scheduled or ticketed help during those hours, not 24/7 on-demand access, unless we expressly say otherwise in writing at checkout.

We may correct, update, or retire course modules. Lifetime access means access to the materials we keep available, not a promise that every lesson stays current forever. You are responsible for checking current FMCSA rules, load-board terms, and carrier requirements.

7. Testimonials and reviews

Student quotes, screenshots, and success stories are individual experiences. They are not typical results and are not a representation of what you will earn or achieve.

Star ratings or review counts shown on this site may not match independent platforms. For third-party reviews, see our Trustpilot profile and other public sources. We do not claim newspaper coverage unless we publish a working link to the article.

8. Third-party tools and websites

Lessons may mention load boards, factoring companies, software, forms, or other vendors. Those companies are independent. We do not control their pricing, availability, or policies. Mention is not an endorsement or a partnership unless we say so in writing.

You must follow the law. A dispatcher typically works as an agent of a carrier. Arranging freight for compensation between shippers and carriers can require broker authority. This course does not give you that authority.

9. Refunds

Refunds follow the policy stated at checkout and in the Terms and Conditions. If those two sources conflict, the Terms and Conditions control.

A refund request is a customer-service matter. Send it to [email protected]. We will not treat an ordinary refund request as a legal threat.

10. No professional advice

Course content is educational. It is not legal, tax, accounting, immigration, or employment advice. Laws and industry practices change. Confirm important steps with a qualified professional and with the carrier or employer you work for.

11. Limitation of claims

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Dispatcher 101 and its owners, instructors, and affiliates are not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost data, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from the course or from your use of this website. Our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for that purchase.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

12. Changes

We may update this Disclaimer Policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
